The Opportunity
Medication adherence is a critical driver of patient outcomes and value-based care performance, yet practices lacked a consistent, role-aligned approach. Brightpath Health* needed an accredited learning solution that could scale nationally, align clinicians and care teams, and embed evidence-based strategies while minimizing burden on already stretched practice staff.

The Solution
I designed and led development of Brightpath’s first CME-accredited, badged learning program. Built around persona-based pathways, the design honored learners’ time by delivering only role-relevant content while fostering a coordinated, team-based approach. The solution featured micro-courses under 15 minutes, scenario-based assessments, and integrated workflow tools that reinforced knowledge with practical application.
Development was supported by a rapid, iterative process—combining SME collaboration, equity reviews, and continuous feedback cycles. This ensured the content was clinically accurate, inclusive, and immediately useful in practice settings. By leveraging modern authoring tools and agile project management, the program delivered five pathway badges (28 micro courses total) in just 10 months, establishing a scalable model for future enterprise learning initiatives.
The Impact
Within six months of launch, the program achieved 592 badge completions, an 87 Net Promoter Score, and a 98% increase in learner confidence. Early indicators also suggest a strong correlation between completion of the pathways and improved practice performance in value-based care. Continuous monitoring and learner feedback loops ensure the program remains impactful, scalable, and aligned to organizational goals.
