Job Aids

The Opportunity

CORElander Coaching, an emerging professional coaching business, needed client-facing tools that could streamline onboarding and clearly articulate its sophisticated coaching methodology. The primary objective was to articulate his process clearly, enhancing client understanding while promoting a brand-aligned aesthetic. The challenge was to design resources that both simplified the journey and reinforced a consistent experience.

The Solution

As the freelance instructional designer for this project, I partnered directly with the founder to translate his complex coaching framework into a concise, user-friendly process job aid and an aligned client workbook. Through iterative collaboration, I helped crystallize his methodology and transform it into clear visuals and step-by-step guidance. My graphic design expertise ensured the suite of materials maintained a cohesive, professional aesthetic that reflected the CORElander brand.

By combining instructional design principles with strong visual storytelling, I developed resources that were intuitive for clients to follow and easy for the coach to integrate into sessions. The resulting materials streamlined communication, cut down on repetitive explanation, and created a polished, professional touchpoint that reinforced the value of the coaching experience.

The Impact

The deliverables reduced onboarding time by 30% and improved client satisfaction, with new clients reporting greater clarity in the coaching journey. The process job aid became the cornerstone of CORElander’s intake experience, and the founder now shares this flagship one-pager on LinkedIn as the CORElander approach, extending its value as both a client resource and a brand marketing tool. This project showcases my ability to distill complexity into clear, functional, and visually engaging learning resources.
